Gander Mountain Company will be opening a new store in Lake Mary during September. It will be their first store in Florida. The 80,000 sq. ft Lake Mary store will sell a broader range of fishing and recreational boats and carry scuba and snorkeling gear than traditionally carried at the chains other locations.
Gander Mountain, is making a push into the Southeast this year with stores planned in Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia and West Virginia.
The chain, which cureently has 99 locations nationwide expects to open eight new stores by the end of the year.
