Dave Steiner of Port Richey has opened the areas newest bait shop, on his 33-foot Chris-Craft. Two months ago, he started selling bait to needy fishermen, miles offshore, and has gotten some welcome attention. Seems that some area businesses and interested parties are not too happy about a man realizing that there is money to be made away from the dock. I say go for it Dave!
