Captain Hiram's - Sebastian, Florida Website: http://www.fishsisa.com/ The Sebastian Inlet Sportfishing Association (SISA) hosts one of the oldest tournaments on Florida's Treasure Coast. Last year, SISA used proceeds from this tournament to support artificial reef programs, Dolphin Research Project, Marine Research Council, Take a Kid Fishing and to fight the unnecessary fish closures along the east coast of Florida.
