Water: Salt/Coastal Waters Where: Surf / Inshore
Size: Most common at a pound or under. Large fish may reach up to 3 pounds.
Fight: Light gear provides a decent fight, especially when the fish is caught in the surf, where he will use the waves to his advantage. Heavy gear provides no challenge.
Deliciousness: Decent Panfish
Range: Both Coasts Technique: Still Fishing
Baits: Shrimp / Baitfish / Crab / Sand Fleas / Squid / Lures Tackle: Spinning / Baitcasting
