Size: Most common at 1-2 pounds with large fish ranging in between 3-4 pounds any larger are considered lunkers.
Fight: As fiesty of a gamester as he looks, Likes to show itself alot with flashy jumps and hard runs.
Deliciousness: Very Good
Range: Fresh Water Technique: Still Fishing / Casting
Baits: Baitfish / Lures Tackle: Spinning / Baitcasting

The Chain Pickerel is characterized by a long, sturdy and powerful body that is green to darker along its upper side fading to a lighter to grungy underside, Running from his wide long mouth filled with teeth, are darker interlocking markings, stretching to the large forked tail.

These fish are found in most of Florids water around patches of vegetation, laying in wait for a meal.

Live baitfish are the besy natural bait, while any artificial including but not limited to spoons, spinners, worms and "natural" lures make for the best artificial bait.
