Florida Fishing Guide Associations

The primary focus of Guide Associations are to further conservation efforts of the waters that we fish. Associations are also dedicated to forming and holding their members to high professional moral and ethical standards and to promote and educate others on responsible angling within their region.

Canaveral Charter Captains Association

The CCCA was founded in 1998 as a 501c(4) non-profit organization with the sole purpose of organizing local charter captains and fishing guides to enhance the fishing opportunities of anglers in the Central Florida area. From the offshore waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the pristine flats of the Indian River Lagoon, our member captains have the local knowledge to provide you with the finest fishing experience available on Florida's Space Coast.


Florida Guide Association

Statewide organization of Professional Guides, Corporate Affiliates, and Associate Affiliates who have been working together, for the past 12 years, toward the goal of "Better Fishing through Conservation". We believe it is essential to lobby to protect the rights of all recreational anglers for access and responsible use of the natural resources available in Florida's State waters.

Fun Coast Charter Boat Association

The Fun Coast Charter Boat Association is an organization of Professional Charter Boat Owners, Captains and Crew members. Each hand selected member has demonstrated a commitment to conduct their charter business with the highest level of honesty and integrity to ensure our customers have the safest, most enjoyable and productive fishing experience possible.


Homosassa Guides Association

The Homosassa Guides Association (HGA) has helped visitors and locals alike enjoy the area’s acclaimed angling for almost half a century. Some of our members are third-generation guides, with a love of this business literally in their blood. All are proven professionals, accomplished angling experts with the know-how to navigate these rock-filled waters to celebrated fishing spots.


Indian River Guides Association

The Indian River Guides Association is a professional organization that was formed to give the professional guide a voice in matters affecting the Indian river lagoon system. It is an organization designed to promote the fine art of fishing to others and improve the guiding profession by holding its members to high moral and ethical standards.
