Fished 3 lakes on the Chain last weekend. Water clarity was muddy due to alot of recreational boat/ jet ski traffic.

Caught several nice bass on 7" Junebug / Black worms with light weight and 2/0 hook around grass areas and lillypads early in morning. Bite was slow and fish were small but a few keepers over 13" in the 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb range.

Tried spinnerbait in yellow and craws with limited success around boat docks and walls. Some hits but no bragging stories.

Look for clearer water and lower boating traffic in some of the pockets for better action.
