I know fishing is tough everywhere right now, but i tell you what you don't know what your missing until you try these little pond in the forest. Took jon boat out and started in the little weeded up pond off of Sharps Ferry RD. Got in the middle and water dropped to about 10ft, started fishing with one of my custom painted Rapala DT6 and second cast 5pounder, 10 min later 3pounder, caught 6 keepers in about an hour in a half. Went around the corner to another pond 3 fish about 2lbs. Tried a couple more ponds and same thing, even in the little mud hole ponds that were almost dry fish still hitting. Super Flukes really killer in the mud hole ponds. Lot of fun you should try it out.
