| Tough day on Rousseau. We found the fish in a 9-14ft hole out in the stump field. Fished pads, docks, up by the dam nothing. Fished rattle traps in deep water letting them sink and just barely reeling above the grass. Every time we'd hit the grass give it a good tug and WHAM fish! Caught 14 fish in the deep water, biggest one 6lb. 5 keepers. Caught one on a swimbait also, shiner color.............Lake Kerr shiner tournament this coming saturday....Hope to see some of you there.......Backwoods Bassmasters...... |
