KISSIMMEE CHAIN OF LAKES
08/19/08 1:43 PM
bahc
8/17/08 - The Bass Anglers of Hardee County fished their August tournament out of Camp Mack on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. It was tough fishing for all, not a whole lot of fish caught. The waters are dingy brown in most places and the surface temp was 85 to 90 degrees depending on where you were. Some fish were caught in the early morning hours and the bite seemed to pick up again around 1:30pm about the time the clouds started rolling in. From information given by several anglers the afternoon bite produced the majority of the fish.
