bahc | | Tough fishing on the BIG LAKE! The Bass Anglers of Hardee County fished their Classic tournament this month out of Moorehaven. 14 Boats fished, 3 boats had fish, 4 fish were caught. American Dream Fishing Team got 1st place and big fish total weight 3.89lbs and big fish was 1.98lbs. Unreal!!!!!! We were told by a Wildlife Officer that there were 120 boats in an Extreme tournament on Saturday and 80 boats did not weigh a fish! I wish I could make some suggestions as to where and what to fish but all I can say is I would wait awhile before fishing there again (let the water get settled). The lake has come up so far and fast it's really got things messed up. |
