Fishing on the Conway chain is hot hot hot even with the weather being cold. This week my clients are averaging around 50 fish on a half day trip. The fish are schooling in 7 foot of water over large grass patches. Most of the fish we are catching are in the 2lbs range with the 5 pounder showing up here and there. Jigs and spoons are working the best on 10lbs light line. On one trip we caught over 70 fish on a half day trip. They were so easy to catch we had three fish on multiple times.
