Capt Dean Puller | Last week was some excellent fishing. Three days last week my clients caught fish between 9 pounds and 11.4 pounds. All fish were caught on wild Shiners in three and a half foot of water. The 11.4 pound fish was caught by a 13 year old which made the catch even more sweet. The artificial bite is getting better with soft plastics and the flipping bite now that the lake is low is starting to take off. This weeks rains have put a damper on fishing but with the new water in the lake the fish should start to turn on. Remember if you catch a bigin let her go so someone else can catch her.
