Bannana River- NMZ
06/11/09 10:01 PM
Johua Jordan
Went to the NMZ today, on the water by 6:00am (don't really like being on the water that early becouse of the gator that lives at the launch)

First cast of the day landed a 27-in Trout. After that it was pretty slow... a few small Sheepshead, schoolie sized Trout, and the largest Puffer Fish I've ever seen.

Around 8:00 I decided to paddle down to the restricted cove, because everytime I do I get rewarded. Sure enough just past the cove, about thirty orange tails breaking the surface. I landed three just over slot sized and paddled back.

...... the only fish i kept was the 27 inch Trout, rest where photographed and released.
