WEST LAKE TOHO 11LB BASS!!!
12/03/09 10:31 PM

My clients had an excellent day on West Lake Toho on Wednesday. Despite the high winds, we boated some nice fish including an 11LB GIANT. We got in some good topwater fishing in the first hour of the morning landing 5 keepers from 3-5LBS on Gambler Flappin Shads. We fished some submerged hydrilla in open water as the day progressed. Plastic worms in red shad and Rattle Traps in gold were the ticket to 10 bass up to 5LBS. At the end of the day, I decided to check a spot in shallow that I had seen some Big Fish busting bait at the end of the day on a previous trip. I told my clients where to throw their Flappin Shads. It was slow until a huge explosion resulted in beautiful 11LB Bass. The fish got tangled up in the weeds but I was able to go in their and get her out.

The weather is cooling and these fish are starting to gorge themselves before the spawn. Now is the time to book your next Orlando Bass fishing trip on LEGENDARY WEST LAKE TOHOPEKALIGA(WEST LAKE TOHO).
